Beloved… dearly loved… the same word used in the Gospels exclusively by the Father when talking about the Son. Matt. 3:17, “This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased.” It’s the love of God within the Godhead.
God calls Jesus, His Son, “beloved”. And by extension, those who are Believers, are God’s “beloved”, His dearly loved.
